Yes - per the Missive: "Private messaging, forum search, subscriptions, and so on will be added in the near future, but if you have a specific idea please create a post in the "Meta" section of the Monero Forum."

So Private Messages are working, I think, but as it is right now you have to click your PM's in the top left corner when logged in, then manually write the username to whom you're writing.

Could a function be made, where a PM function next to each username in the forum (when you are browsing) and an option to PM a user under their user profile.
