Unable to click on Sub-Forum threads with 'funding bar'

In the Development sub-forum and specifically the Funding Required and Work In Progress sections, I am unable to click/enter any of the threads that have the 'funding bar'. I can enter these threads by going to my account profile and looking at my previous posts, or by selecting the current thread where someone has last posted in the main-page of the forum.
I would put up a picture of this problem, but I'm on a touch-screen computer and it is a little tough to work with. I am pretty sure this issue is not just on my end, but it is possible.
The "funding-info-box" div overlays the link when I'm on a non-fullscreen browser, so gets the click, which does nothing. If I fullscreen it, it is below the link. I actually thought these were not threads till I noticed there wwas a "replies" count at the right and guessed something was wrong.
When you say "unable to click" do you mean you tap on them and they don't work? We've (relatively recently) changed the CSS, so you may not have the latest. If you're on an iPad you can take a screenshot by pressing the power and home buttons at the same time.
I'm on a surface pro. It won't enter the link when I tap or when I use the mouse, the links that don't have the funding progress bar turn into 'finger' mouse icons and will let me click or tap on them, but the few with the funding progress bar don't change the mouse icon.
