It should work as is, even if noone can connnect to you. However, the P2P port is 18080. I think that should be all that's needed to allow incoming connections.
Monore node and firewall

I'm setting up a full Monero node on a computer in my home network. Do I need to additionally configure any forwarding ports on my firewall?
Edit: Monero and not Monore in title obviously...
