IDEA: I want to start developing a Monero exchange to enable users to purchase Monero directly using South African Rands (fiat), very similar to how users can purchase BTC and ETH with rands on Luno.com.

EXPERIENCE: I have sufficient experience developing projects for the crypto payment industry, and have already acquired a domain name for this project, as well as interest from fellow developers to assist with the building and maintaining of this site.

FUNDING FOR: 1) Load balanced web servers to host the website and database information. 2) Business account at CloudFlare for advanced security and performance support. 3) Start up capital to pay for additional resources as well as compensation for the developers dedicating time to build and maintain this.
