Who is administering/hosting the forum, is the server hosted in the US, and what information are you collecting/retaining about users? For example, are you collecting/retaining our IP addresses?

We have Cloudflare in front of the box, so I'm quite certain they are already giving all and sundry access to your data.

There will be an over-arching Privacy Policy that will cover the forum as well, in the meantime just assume that we collect everything and nothing is sacred (always safer to assume that anyway;)
