Bitmonerod crashing

Hey, I am new to Monero and my computer crashed while I was syncing with Bitmonerod, when I reopened bitmonerod, it crashes now, says there is no timestamp for the last block I managed to sync, which was around block 180K. How do I fix this? Thanks!
Oops, sorry, I am on a Windows 7 64 Bit install, another program caused my laptop to crash and screwed up my Monero chaindata.
