How to send XMR from an address created with MoneroAddress.o[...]

I created an address with MoneroAddress.org and got some XMR on it. I've got the 25 word mnemonic seed - and thus the private spend and view keys and everything else that can be derived from it.

What's the easiest way of doing a tx from this address to somewhere else?

More specifically, is there a script or something to setup, sign, and send a transaction? Or is there an easy to use client or wallet (desktop or mobile or web, anything is fine) that allows importing the private key and then spend it from there?

I'd be interested in an answer here also. Can the seed from moneroaddress.org plus the spend key address be used to import into another wallet?
